Add a new test case similar to TpcdsCpuCostPlannerTest for validating the query
plans of TPC-DS queries with CTE suggestions enabled. This allows to guard
against regressions as the CTE logic evolves and also demonstrate and document
which TPC-DS queries can benefit from the suggestion logic at the moment.
