CDP Ranger in 7.3.2.20000-210 moved from Jersey 1.x to 2.x. That changed the
RangerRESTClient interface to return a javax WebTarget instead of a jersey
WebResource. We should fix the call sites in AuthorizationTestBase.java so we
could still run the tests.
