When building cloudera/native-toolchain locally, I ran into errors like

My environment was picking up an older version of libunwind-dev while building
glog, which would later fail to link in Impala.
We don't specify a version for glog, so we should explicitly disable using
unwind in the glog build to avoid picking it up from the environment.
