This would allow better decoupling of Impala's Thrift usage from the classes
imported from Hive. Currently Impala's ImpalaService inherits from Hive's
TCLIService from Hive jars, which blocks bumping to Thrift 0.24.0 in Impala
while Hive dependencies are from 0.16.0
