Valid TRUNC(TIMESTAMP/DATE, STRING) calls fail in Calcite because the custom
operator accepts only numeric arguments. Add temporal overload resolution
through Impala's function resolver, keeping numeric inference unchanged. The
candidate composes with IMPALA-14946 / Gerrit 24260 and passes 18 test methods
and 84 strict HS2 executions.
