Calcite rejects valid integer calls to TRUNC, TRUNCATE, DTRUNC, ROUND and
DROUND. One-argument calls need the native DOUBLE result; two-argument calls
need an implicit DECIMAL(p,0) operand and clamped scale. Fix both paths
together. The candidate passes 24 focused tests and 80 HS2 checks with codegen
off/on. Builds on IMPALA-15486; DECIMAL V1 remains unsupported.
