Original and Calcite generate different HBO keys for equivalent arithmetic
predicates, such as key_id % 17 = 3. Each planner reuses its own history, but
the other planner misses it for this query. Reproduced with BIGINT +, -, *, /
and %; simple equality keys match. Normalize built-in arithmetic forms without
losing type, cast or function identity. Related to IMPALA-15059.
