{{TRUNCATE TABLE}} is routed as {{TDdlType::TRUNCATE_TABLE}}
and executed by {{{}CatalogOpExecutor.truncateTable(){}}}. For Iceberg tables
it ultimately calls {{{}IcebergCatalogOpExecutor.truncateTable(iceTxn){}}},
and is pure Iceberg.
