Some Kudu operations are asynchronous, so we need to sleep waiting for an
update. IMPALA-15463 adds one example of this waiting for Kudu to update its
row count stats.
Add a retry mechanism for queries in .test files so tests can run faster in
most cases, while allowing for occasional delays.
