The ld linker is deprecated, and mold is pushing to replace it. We use mold for
Kudu and Impala builds already. Link everything in native-toolchain with mold
to speed up builds and use a modern linker. We could also drop building the
version of binutils with ld.
The exception is that parts of LLVM would continue to link with lld.
