bin/run-workload.py currently supports multiple workloads and table formats.
This makes bin/run-workload.py more complicated. Since all the workloads and
table formats get put in a single results JSON file, consumers of that file
also get the same complexity.
A refactor would be to limit bin/run-workload.py to a single workload and table
format. bin/single_node_perf_run.py (the primary user of bin/run-workload.py)
would still be able to handle multiple multiple workloads and table formats by
running bin/run-workload.py multiple times. In general, this is exotic
functionality that we rarely use these days, and simplifying it would make this
code easier to deal with.
