Since there will be several commits on top of bin/single_node_perf_run.py,
bin/run-workload.py, and tests/benchmark/report_benchmark_results.py, this is a
good time to modernize the code to switch from optparse to argparse. It is
cleaner as a separate change with a straight conversion.
