In CatalogServiceCatalog.scheduleTableLoading the parentheses are misplaced.

As a result, db.* entries in the warmup file are reloaded after invalidation
even with --keeps_warmup_tables_loaded=false. That covers INVALIDATE METADATA
<table>, HMS RELOAD events, and the timeout and memory-pressure invalidations.
TestRestartServices._test_warmup_tables should invalidate a table matched by
tpch.* or similar to catch this.
