Same as IMPALA-15633 for Kudu: KuduScanNode gets the value of string literals
with {{StringLiteral.getUnescapedValue()}}, which unescapes literals created by
constant folding again.

partition by hash (id) partitions 2 stored as kudu;
insert into k values (1, concat('a', chr(92), 'b'));
select count(*) from k where s = concat('a', chr(92), 'b'); -- 0,
expected 1

HBaseScanNode and DataSourceScanNode also call {{getUnescapedValue()}}, but I
haven't verified whether they are affected.
