We have a number of git repositories such as
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-jclouds.git
In order to facilitate deltacloud-like review by pull requests, we need to
replace the existing repositories in the jclouds org with ones that mirror from
the authoritative repos in the ASF.
