I can't actually *test* deploying yet, 'cos we're blocked on INFRA-6524, but,
patch makes the changes.
Note that we don't actually want to make any changes to the
jclouds-1.5.x-branch or jclouds-1.6.x-branch jobs - those are still outside
ASF, for all intents and purposes, and we definitely don't want to change
groupIds for dot releases.
