+1 on chopping off the incubator- prefix - that's a procedural thing that will
hopefully change again soon, and I don't think we need to expose everyone else
to that.
Just wondering if we should add "mirror" in there somewhere? If not in the repo
name, what would be a good way to make it clear that these aren't the *main*
repos and that their histories may change "magically" as they are re-synced?
