AWS RDS is currently still a jclouds labs project and so is not included in the
user guide, as is the case for many of the other labs projects.
Likewise, as a still experimental project, there is no official example for it;
a good option in this case (and for all jclouds APIs and providers generally)
is to look at the live tests for usage examples:

Of course, we'd certainly be interested in any pull requests to the
documentation or jclouds-examples repo! [1] See the "contributing to
documentation" guide [2] for initial pointers, although please note that the
contribution process is still a little in flux due to the ongoing transition to
the ASF.
