Thanks for spotting this Diogo,
We are reviewing the developer guides and moving them to the new wiki [1].
We've started with the "How to contribute" guide [2], and we'll be adding there
all developer documentation. The main site will remain with all user
documentation.
We'll close this issue once we're done with he wiki.
