Can you please try this out when you have a minute?

It will verify that your permissions are correct on the ASF SVN side of things.

I don't think we should be setting doc issues to resolved until the patch is 
actually deployed. All committers need to know how to deploy the website. Just 
like all committers need to know how to do a release. ;)
