Pull request up at https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-labs-google/pull/4 - does
not include aggregated list methods (due to service accounts not working with
those calls) or image insert/deprecate (due to the immense pain that is
creating new images in GCE). The latter I'll get in separately at some point in
the future.
