SpotInstanceApi.describeSpotInstanceRequestsInRegion allows you to specify
specific request IDs to search for, but does not allow any more filtering than
that. There should be a standard DescrIbeSpotInstancesRequestsOptions with
support for filtering on some specific fields and arbitrary field key/value
pairs.
