The software is a commercial product from @eccenca called [corporate memory](https://eccenca.com/products/enterprise-knowledge-graph-platform-corporate-memory) which is a knowledge graph platform - which means it combines sparql enpdoint, workflow engine, interlinking, vocabulary management, user management, etc + user interfaces. It also uses Apache Jena in the backend.
