Could you provide the ontology as well please? Do you get the same list each time? Given the times, it is hard to disentangle this from the JIT compiler working on the bytecode (which does temporarily slow a java program down - it should be temporary and the speeds start dropping). Testing for many more than 1000, e.g.100,000 or doing a warn up of e.g. 10,000 before recording results, might make things clearer. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
