### Change Maintenance: * Fix some test results places that use non-canonical decimal forms (no ".0" on integer valued decimals) in results but the data is canonical. * SPARQL test setup - only need one configuration setting for conteol whether ".rq" is strict or extended syntax in syntax tests. * Formalize control setting `compareResultSetsByValue` in `QueryExecTest` * Don't print stacktraces in CLI (`rdftests`) test runner summary (already printed if relevant) ### Are you interested in contributing a pull request for this task?
