Thank you for your reply @afs, It is about 1,400,000,000 triples in the TTL file. I know that it is recommanded to set the threads by the number of cpu cores minus one. And I did use a server-class machine with 104 cores, so it is ok. BTW I have rerunned tdb2.xloader.
