   It fixes _some_ of the tests, and for the changes, all of the time so far.
   
   It looks like there is a timing/build-server load relationship. Tests fail 
more often at busy time of day. Which tests fail changes. They all involve HTTP 
auth which involves two HTTP requests - the initial request, which is rejected 
401 and the resent with auth. 
   
   The test suite single Fuseki server seems to be exiting (`@AfterClass`) 
early.
