I don't see this specified anywhere in the [RDF 1.1 XML Syntax](https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/). this is from `Part 552: CIMXML Model exchange format` specification. Anyway, the parse result in Jena 5.0.0 seems incorrect regardless attribute `parseType` .
