PR #2477 does not cover bare `parseType`. The test files [Test Configurations v3.0.2](https://www.entsoe.eu/Documents/CIM_documents/Grid_Model_CIM/ENTSO-E_Test_Configurations_v3.0.2.zip) do not use un-namespaced `parseType`.
