@SamuelBoerlin -- the data will be intact. The problem is on a read-path, not the update path. It may be the test throwing the exception was wrong. #2829 does make a change in jena-text (in current development builds). Finishing up transactions is itself idempotent so even if the HttpAction call is calling unnecessarily, it should be harmless.
