I'm mystified by this. There are 3 classes that fail occasionally, `TestFusekiShaclValidation`, `TestFusekiStdReadOnlySetup`, `TestFusekiStdSetup`. The same test fails - it seems to be the last test in the tests class. I have been running a version that creates a server-per-test, with a mutex lock between test and clean-up. So it's not `beforeClass`/`afterClass` related. Running batches of 10 Jena builds at about the same time, to get the same general system load has a failure rate is about 1 or 2 per batch of 10. Very occasionally (too small to measure practically), another test suite fails - which is seemingly random - but does involve networking and Fuseki.
