This is with a TDB2 database? Assuming that, and also that the issue is happening during a data update, then the data should be safe. The transaction aborts, possibly taking out a server thread. But that does not account for the subsequent 500's -- * For TDB2, compact the database. The most recent release has improvements in this area. * Are you keeping logs for all time?
