This by-design and is quite common in triplestores. TDB2 does not keep the lexical form for numerics and some other datatypes. See `NodeIdInline`. It keeps fixed width 64-bit binaries encodings. Lexical form is recalculated when needed. So inline nodeids are same-value`, they are not same-term. A change would alter the on-disk layout.
