I am using java 1.7.0_02, windows7 64 bit and JMeter 2.5.1 r1177103:
The Tutorial at
http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/jmeter_proxy_step_by_step.pdf
for recording w/ proxy and recording controller records no testplan!
On the other hand "view results tree" is filled with Results!
Attached is "log". "Jmx" is the same as that generated by the tutorial.
