When JMeter help is invoked, it is supposed to load the appropriate help file
(components or functions) and then scroll to the appropriate location.
However, the scrolling does not work properly the first time that a new file is
loaded.
This may be a timing issue - perhaps the page rendering is incomplete when the
scroll is attempted.
