As discussed with Philippe there is a need of function which can be used
through scripting JScript/Beanshell which allows the thread to break that
loop/iteration and go to the start of next loop/iteration from where ever in
the script its called.
In short ON_SAMPLE_ERROR_START_NEXT_LOOP should be achieved using code from
anywhere in script.
