Seems to be generating a new certificate every time I start the 'HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder' with proxy.cert.validity=1. Also having issues running JMeter 2.11 in any directory other than %JMETER_HOME%\bin if I want to record (getting errors about keystore and .crt file).
