I am trying to simulate the network by changing the below two entries in
jmeter.properties file but can not see any impact on the test.
Either i have tried or cps value to 10 or to 10240000 have no impact on the
test.
Also what is the default network bandwidth used by the jmeter when these
parameters are commented.
