I am having this issue in both Jmeter 2.10 and Jmeter 2.11 version.
Running in Sles 11.2, 32G RAM
I am doing SSH over X11 via ubuntu 12.0.4 box to Sles 11.2 Jmeter Box.
When I install java 1.6 on Sles Box and launch jmeter on the Ubuntu box via SSH
X11 it takes only 10 seconds to launch Jmeter in GUI mode.
However, if I update it to Java 1.7 on Sles Box and launch jmeter on the Ubuntu
box via SSH X11 it takes 15 Minutes to launch Jmeter in GUI mode and it's still
responds slowly.
If I Launch with Java 1.7 on Sles Box and launch jmeter on Mac via SSH X11 it
still responds in 15 seconds to launch Jmeter in GUI mode.
I have to update to Java 1.7 as I am having GC issues on Jmeter and have to use
G1GC.
Please let me know if further details are required.
