Set the property "mail.smtp.ssl.protocols" to the enabled protocols of the
default SSLContext.
At least with java 7 it is currently not possible to connect to a smtp server
that has enabled TLSv1.2 only. The sampler will try TLSv1, which the smtp
server refuses.
