The start of JMeter GUI could take a long time ( particularly from a remote
directory ) and the user don't see anything at the screen during a long period.
It can be a good thing to inform that JMeter starting with a SpashScreen and a
progress bar. Just to avoid a "double launch" from one impatient user.
I will add a PR on github to do it.
