Unfortunately there is not enough information to solve your problem. Please provide a minimal test plan, that you think should be working and explain, what you expect it to do. It helps, if you specify the OS, Java and JMeter version you are using, as well as any used third party plugins. Please post the jmeter.log file that gets written, when you try to run your test plan.
