This is more than highly probable.
I will check - I am really sorry for this I guess mistaken report.

I use JMeter recently for API tests and honestly speaking I don't see better
"tool" however it is not really easy.

After I downloaded the JMeter at work (today) I changed launch script to point
jmeter file from the new directory where I copied the JMeter. 

If the case with JMETER_HOME is the cause, could this be a reason why JSR223
Assertion sample stopped working with AssertionResult? I read it's deprecated
and some new call method is given but I failed to launch it. I switched back to
script that was launching pure 5.1.1
