Network throttling should be very standard.CPS seems to very specific .
Is it possible to change CPS filed to KBPS for network throttling
"-Jhttpclient.socket.http.cps=21888 -Jhttpclient.socket.https.cps=21888"
Something like this
"-Jhttpclient.socket.http.kbps=value -Jhttpclient.socket.https.kbps=value"
