SOmething like "features:upgrade spring 2.0.5.RELEASE" which would apply the
differences between the current and new spring features.
However, this might have an effect on other features already using that one and
that could even brake them completely, so not entirely sure we want to do that
unless we have a good way to know the impact beforehand.
