Add osgi:services related commands

It could be great to have OSGi Services related command.
For instance, I can see:
- osgi:services which display the list of services available (identified by
interface and properties)
- osgi:service-info which display the service with the attached documentation:
synopsis and well formated javadoc
The current osgi:info command should be renamed to osgi:bundle-info.
