Add commands to manipulate kar archives

The kar deployer deploys kar archives by:
- creating a local repo ($KARAF_HOME/local-repo)
- registering the features descriptor
In a production environment, it's not easy to see which features come from a
kar, or added by hand, etc.
At least, just a command to list the deployed kar archives could be helpful.
