When being remotely logged into the container, people can mistakenly use
osgi:shutdown to exit the console instead of pressing Ctrl-D, thereby
inadvertently shutting down the container. It would be good if the shell would
at least ask for a confirmation to ensure people really know what they're doing
(not sure if we can or even should discriminate between remote and local logons
to the shell for this).
