Align Cellar major version with the Karaf one

Fix For: 2.2.2, 3.0.0
In order to avoid a compatibility matrix and simplify the understanding for the
end users, I will align the Cellar major version with the Karaf one.
For instance, it means that Cellar 2.2.x will work with any Karaf 2.2.x.
I will create the cellar-2.2.x branch and update the Cellar trunk to use Karaf
3.0.0.
