I don't understand the description of this. Does it always install the core
features descriptors into a server? If not, does it validate correctly a
feature that is to be installed into a server that doesn't include either the
standard or enterprise features descriptor? Neither of these seems desirable
to me so I hope it does something I haven't thought of.
